Insultherm® Glass Fiber Resilient Blanket as an important structural
component of cryothermal insulation system of LNG piping and storage
tank, the glass fiber resilient blanket insulation layer is located wherever
the expansion or contraction joints and between the inner tank wall
panel and expanded perlite, which is used to absorb the side pressure of
expanded perlite in the inner tank under various working conditions
(pre-cooling contraction of the inner pipe or tank, hydraulic expansion of
LNG operation, expansion of the inner tank during empty-maintenance,
etc.) to maintain the integrity on the storage tank, also prevent damage
to inner tank siding.

EXCELLENT RESILIENCE
The coefficient of resilience >0.44 has excellent resilience. In addition to absorbing the lateral pressure of the pipes or tank's
expanding perlite under various conditions, the elastic felt itself maintains its integrity.
EXCELLENT DRYING EFFECT
For example, when the moisture content of the material in the low temperature piping or storage tank is too high, the replacement
gas can not dry the insulation material in time, resulting in the outer surface frost resulting in safety risks. The moisture content of
glassfiber resilient blanket is as low as 0.4%, which has a very excellent drying effect to ensure the timely drying of the cryogenic
insulation system of the LNG piping or tank and ensure the stable operation of the system.
HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH
The fibers of resilient blanket are tightly bonded with each other, with strong gripping strength between fibers and tensile strength
of no less than 18 kPa, so that the product has stronger tensile performance, and ensures the uniform distribution of fibers after
installation and use of the product, without local thickness and insufficient strength.

The thermal conductivity of glass fiber resilient blanket is as low as 0.040 W/m.K, with good thermal insulation effect, energy saving
