CALCIUM SILICATE INSULATION

Insultherm® Calcium Silicate insulation board and Pipe Cover are made from tobermolite (5CaO.6SiO2.5H2 0) crystal reinforced with non-asbestos fibres. It is a rigid material exhibiting high compressive strength, low shrinkage value and low thermal conductivity, high heat resistance at high service temperature. It is non-toxic and chemically stable. It is known for its stability in different temperatures, asbestos-free, non-corrosive to stainless steel and maintains high thermal insulation properties even at 650o (Type I) and 1000o(Type II).

Insultherm® Polyurethane (PUR) rigid foam is one of the most efficient, high-performance insulation materials, enabling very effective energy savings with the minimum occupation of space. Insultherm® Polyurethane (PUR) Insulation foam is a CFC Free rigid closed-cell which gives high-performance insulation for the pipe, cold, cryogenic, vessel, equipment, and tank insulation applications.

Insultherm® Polyisocyanurate (PIR)/ Polyurethane (PUR) High-Density Pipe and Duct Support Inserts are designed to prevent direct heat transfer between pipes and their supports to save the energy to the maximum by reducing the heat loss in the support areas and provides the excellent load handling capacity at each support point.

PHENOLIC FOAM PRE-INSULATED AIR DUCT PANEL

Insultherm® Phenolic Foam (PF) Pre-Insulated air duct is rigid CFC and HCFC Free cellular foam insulation material with a substantially closed-cell structure, whose polymer structure is made primarily from the poly-condensation of phenolic, its homologous and/or derivatives with aldehydes and ketones. Insultherm® Phenolic Foam (PF) Pre-Insulated duct has various distinct properties that make it better than any other conventional insulation materials especially lower thermal conductivity and excellent fire properties. Insultherm® Phenolic Foam (PF) Pre-Insulated air duct is UL Listed and certified by Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) and Abudhabi Civil Defense (ADCD).

CELLULAR GLASS INSULATION

Insultherm® Cellular Glass insulation is rigid, lightweight material containing millions of completely sealed glass cells. This unique cell structure is inherently water-resistant and provides a highly effective vapor barrier (will not absorb flammable liquids or vapors). It is also unaffected by common chemicals and by most corrosive environments. The material is available in sectional pipe covering and fittings, board segments for equipment, and curved segments for tank wall and head applications.

Roof, Wall, Soffit Insulation Board

Insultherm® Roof and Wall insulation is a thermal insulation method used to reduce heat loss through a cavity wall by filling the air space with a thermal insulator. INSULTHERM® Polyurethane foam can be used as cavity wall insulation or as roof insulation. During the construction of buildings, cavities are often filled with glass wool or rock wool panels placed between the two sides of the wall. Insultherm® Roof and Wall insulation boards will be an excellent replacement for the traditional panels with fantastic thermal performance.

According to the definitions of the International Building Code and ASTM International, an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) is a non-load bearing, exterior wall cladding system that consists of an insulation board attached either adhesively or mechanically, or both, to the substrate; an integrally reinforced base coat; and a textured protective finish coat.
